Evil Dad is a tune that was in TBNL's live repertoire for only a few short months in the fall of 2011. The recording features a large wind section of baritone sax, bass clarinet, tenor sax, alto sax, clarinet, and trumpet. Its texture is lush and organic. With it's slow, funeral march tempo, and fiery horn improvisation, Evil Dad reflects the band's composition and arranging skills.
